Sheriffs' & Constables' 2005 Fees

In August 2004, the Comptroller’s office mailed a letter to every county clerk and county judge in the state requesting information of the fees adopted and which must be reported by October 15. Every county in the state submitted their fee information on a timely basis and should be commended for their attention to this legal requirement.

Local Government Assistance analyst Justine Martone coordinated the Comptroller’s team that compiled the information in this report.
