| For posting written notices in public places as may be required by law, a fee for posting each location, $15.00; a fee for mileage, if applicable, will be calculated at $0.35 per mile. For Executing a Deed to each purchaser of real estate under execution or order of sale, a fee of $55.00. For Executing a Bill of Sale to each purchaser of personal property under execution or order of sale, when demanded by purchase, a fee of $55.00. For each case tried in District or County Court, a sheriff's venire jury fee of $15.00. Collecting money on an execution or an order of sale, when the same is made by a sale: the first $200.00 or less is 10 percent; all sums over $200.00 and not exceeding $1,000.00 is 6 percent; all sums over $1,000.00 and not exceeding $5,000.00 is 3 percent; all sums over $5,000.00 is 2 percent. However, in the case where the sum is exorbitant, commissioners' court may adjust the fee. When the money is collected by sheriff or constable without a sale, half of the above rates shall be allowed him. | |
