| Commission for collecting money on an Execution when the same is made by a sale:
for the first $100.00 or less is 10 percent; for the next $100.00 is .07 percent; for the next $800.00 is .04 percent; for the next $4,000.00 is .02 percent; all over $5,000.00 is .01 percent. When the money is collected by the sheriff or constables without a sale, the fee shall be half of the above rate. |
