Sheriffs' & Constables' 2007 Fees

In August 2006, the Comptroller's office requested information to every county clerk and county judge in the State concerning the fees adopted by sheriffs and constables, to be provided by October 15. Every county in the State submitted their fee information on a timely basis and should be commended for their attention to this legal requirement.

Twanna Buford, manager of the Local Government Assistance group, analyst Donna Keel and executive assistant Liz Rawls coordinated the Comptroller's team that compiled the information in this report.
