Sheriffs' & Constables' 2008 Fees

Acknowledgments

In August 2007, the Comptroller's office requested information to every county clerk and county judge in the State concerning the fees adopted by sheriffs and constables, to be provided by October 15. Every county in the State submitted their fee information on a timely basis and should be commended for their attention to this legal requirement.

Twanna Buford, manager of the Local Government Assistance group, analyst Drew Traeger and executive assistant Laura Brashear coordinated the Comptroller's team that compiled the information in this report. Other Comptroller staff that assisted included Sherry Callahan and Joseph Kwik of Web Application Technology Support and Dana Blaylock with the Document Processing department.
