| Commissions on Execution of Order of Sale: all sums $0.00 to $200.00 is 10 percent; all sums $201.00 to $1,000.00 is 6 percent; all sums $1,001.00 to $5,000.00 is 3 percent; all sums $5,001.00 & up is 2 percent. If the above sums are collected without sale, half of the foregoing rates shall apply. Expense for providing the services incident to unsuccessful service is set at the same cost for actual service (Local Govt. Code, §118.131). |
