Tobacco permit lists are provided by county. To order a list of permitted tobacco retail outlets for your jurisdiction, please email us with the following:

• Name of requestor
• Name of department
• Requestor’s phone number & email
• Name of county or counties needed

You may also fax your request – on department letterhead – to 512 463-3268.

We will email a list to you in Excel format.
