Grand Prairie Discount Tire Tire retailer The Arizona-based company is leasing 305,000 square feet for a passenger and light truck tire distribution center that will serve 277 stores in five states. Grand Prairie granted a seven-year, 50 percent tax abatement on business personal property. 70
